This hamlet, situated at 774 meters above sea level, is a site of historical and scenic interest. It serves as an excellent starting point for the hike up Mount Massa, as well as for visits to the “Torraccia” and the Castle of Prefoglio, the Church of St. Andrew, and the Pantano shrine.

This stage will take you to the top of Mount Costafiore, where at 880 meters above sea level you can enjoy an incredible panoramic view. The route leading to the charming hamlet of Massaprofoglio stretches for 4.1 km and requires a slightly longer walking time.
